摘要
目的通过笔者所在医院医疗信息共享系统建设的研究,解决医院之间由于临床信息不能共享造成的重复检查、化验和重复配药等问题,缓解"看病难、看病贵"的社会焦点问题。提升医疗质量和效率,合理控制医疗费用。方法运用系统工程及管理信息系统的理论和方法,采用在医院信息系统中加入中间件的方法,进行该项目的研究。结果医疗信息共享系统的实现促进医疗决策效率与医院管理水平的提高和医疗成本的降低,将促进临床科学研究的进一步深入。结论该课题的研究不仅具有很强的现实意义,而且体现了先进性、前瞻性、可操作性和潜在的社会经济价值。
Objective To resolve the problems of duplication and unnessary examinations and repeated treatment and prescribe resulted in not sharing medical information among hospitals through establishment of medical information-sharing systems, and alleviate the social focus problems of ＂difficulties in seeking medical service＂ and ＂expensive medical charges＂, so as to enhance heahhcare quality and efficiency, control the medical cost. Methods Theory and methodology of system engineering and management information system were applied, middleware were added to hospital information systems and studied. Results Medical efficiency and hospital management were improved and medical costs reduced by the application of medical information sharing-system, it would improve the further study in clinical practice. Conclusion The project has important practical significance and potential economic value with reliable and fesibility characteristics.
