摘要
目的:观察豁痰化瘀降脂煎剂治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法:76例高脂血症患者随机分为2组,治疗组42例采用豁痰化瘀降脂煎剂治疗,对照组34例应用脂必妥片治疗。4周为1个疗程。结果:治疗组临床总有效率为85.71%,对照组临床总有效率为61.76%,2组疗效比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗组能降低血胆固醇、甘油三酯,升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。豁痰化瘀降脂煎剂能明显降低全血黏度值高切、全血还原黏度、纤维蛋白原,治疗前后比较差异有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:豁痰化瘀降脂煎剂治疗高脂血症具有良好效果,且有一定降低血黏度的作用。
OBJECTIVE：To observe the clinical efficacy of Huotan huayu jiangzhi decoction in the treatment of hyperlipoidemia.METHODS：76 cases of hyperlipoidemia were randomly divided into 2 groups.Control group（34 cases） treated with Zhibituo tablet and treatment group（42 cases） treated with Huotan huayu jiangzhi decoction.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.RESULTS：The total effective rate was 85.71% for treatment group and 61.76% for control group,there was significant difference between 2 groups（P〈0.05）.In the treatment group,the level of blood cholesterol and triglyceride were all decreased while the level of HDL-C was increased,there was significant difference between 2 groups（P〈0.05）.Huotan huayu jiangzhi decoction could significantly decrease the level of blood viscosity,reduced viscosity and metaglobulin,there was significant difference before and after treatment（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.CONCLUSION：Huotan huayu jiangzhi decoction has significant effect on hyperlipoidemia and can decrease the level of blood viscosity to a certain extent.
