摘要
根据邪气的性质与瘀血停滞的病机,王清任将活血化瘀与清热解毒、养阴、攻逐、祛风通络之品同用,配伍灵活,并由此创制了益气活血法、行气活血法、温经活血法、解毒活血法、温阳活血法、通窍活血法、宣痹活血法,用于治疗疑难杂症及中风后遗症。
According to the character of pathogenic factors and the pathogenesis of accumulation of blood stasis, Wang flexibly used drugs for promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis together with heat-clearing and detoxifying drugs, yin-nourishing drugs, drugs for eliminating extravasated blood lay catharsis and drugs for dispdling wind and removing obstruction in the channels. And he invented measures of promoting blood circulation by supplememting qi, promoting flow of qi, warming the channels, clearing away toxic, warming yang, clearing the passage and removing obstruction in qi, for the treatment for troubled diseases and apoplexy sequela.
