摘要
目的:研究致康胶囊对体内血栓形成的影响。方法:用角叉菜胶生理盐水溶液复制小鼠尾静脉血栓形成模型,用胶原蛋白-肾上腺素诱导小鼠脑血栓形成模型。结果:实验分为生理盐水、凝血酶和致康胶囊高、低剂量组。与生理盐水组比较,致康胶囊高、低剂量组的血栓发生率无显著差异;与生理盐水组比较,致康胶囊高、低剂量组小鼠死亡率无显著差异。结论:致康胶囊不增加体内血栓形成。
OBJECTIVE:To study the effect of Zhikang capsules on thrombosis in vivo.METHODS:The mice caudal venous thrombosis model and cerebral thrombosis model were induced by carrageenan normal saline solution and collagen-adrenalin,respectively.RESULTS:Model mice were divided into NS group,thrombin group and Zhikang caupsule high-do-se and low-dose groups.Compared with NS group,the incidence of mice caudal venous thrombosis in Zhikang capsules high-dose and low-dose groups was not significant difference.Compared with NS group,mortality of model mice in Zhikang capsule high-dose and low-dose groups was not significant difference.CONCLUSION:Zhikang capsule doesn't induce thrombosis in vivo.
