摘要
目的:研究菟丝子提取物对自然衰老小鼠的抗衰老作用。方法:给自然衰老小鼠灌胃菟丝子提取物,先用Y-型电迷宫检测小鼠的学习记忆能力,后应用生化方法检测老年小鼠脑组织内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)的活力和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:小鼠行为实验结果表明,菟丝子提取物能使小鼠Y-型电迷宫测试正确次数显著降低,但对记忆的保持力影响不大。小鼠脑组织抗氧化酶的活力实验结果表明,菟丝子提取物能提高小鼠脑组织SOD、GSH-PX活力,降低MDA的含量。结论:菟丝子提取物抗衰老作用可能通过提高脑组织抗氧化酶SOD、GSH-PX活力,降低脂质过氧化物MDA含量而实现。
OBJECTIVE:To observe the Anti-aging activity of the extracts of Cuscuta chinensis in natural aging mice.METHODS:Natural aging mice were given the extracts of C.chinensis via i.g.gtt.Y-type electric maze was used to determine their abilities of learning and memory,then biochemical method was adopted to detect the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX),and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) in cerebral tissues of aging mice.RESULTS:The test behavior of mice expressed that C.chinensis could significantly lower the correct percentage in Y-type electric maze test,but had little effect on the memory retention.The antioxidase activity experiment of cerebral tissues of mice expressed that C.chinensis could improve the activity of SOD and GSH-PX in mice cerebral tissue,and lower the contents of MDA.CONCLUSION:The anti-aging activity of the extracts of C.chinensis is achieved by improving the activity of SOD and GSH-PX,and lowering the contents of MDA.
