摘要
研制了双稳态永磁机构智能控制器,利用AVR单片机作为主控芯片进行了硬件设计。控制器包括电源、微处理器系统、电容器电压检测电路、分合闸线圈控制电路、输入/输出单元、过压/欠压监视、保护单元等部分。提出了保证IGBT并联电路可靠工作以及避免影响手动分/合闸的技术措施。Multisim软件的仿真结果验证了所设计电路的可行性;工业现场实验结果表明该控制器性能可靠,能够实现对开关的智能化控制。
The intelligent controller of bi-stable PMA(Permanent Magnetic Actuator) is researched. Its hardware design takes AVR singlechip as the master controller,including the power supply,microprocessor system, capacitor voltage detecting circuit, switch winding control circuit,input / output unit,over / under voltage monitoring,protection unit and so on. The technical measures are put forward to guarantee the reliable operation of IGBT parallel circuit and avoid the influences on manual switching operation. Simulation with Muhisim software proves the designed circuit is feasible and the site test shows the controller is reliable in the intelligent control of switch.
