摘要
用户中心理念在复合图书馆发展之中的核心地位和具体实现途径,尚缺少系统论述。本文首先提出复合图书馆应视用户为极为重要的资本,可通过确立用户中心理念、整合用户智力资源、开展个性化信息服务、增强互动等方式,深化对用户资本的开发。然后探讨了基于用户群的信息需求,完善图书馆人力资源配置、协同、提升与管理模式。并就构建用户信息需求评价体系、信息技术变革对用户影响的评估、发挥复合图书馆集成优势等,讨论了跟踪用户信息需求及其变化趋势的途径,以期在复合图书馆发展进程中凸显用户中心理念。
Few publications have been issued upon the key role of User-Centered Approach（UCA） under the background of hybrid library.The authors propose in the present paper that the users are the extreme important capital of hybrid library.We can promote such capital by means of establishing UCA,integrating the intellect capacities of library users,performing personal information services,and upgrading the interactions between library and its users.Then we discuss the optimizing approaches of the human resources of hybrid library,based on the principle of UCA.As for how to retrieve the requirement of main users,we introduced certain useful methods such as the construction of evaluation model,the modification based on major IT development,and utilization the advance of integrated information environment of hybrid library.All of these strategies may contribute to the improvement of the principle,UCA.
