摘要
将知识管理中的智力资本理论引入图书馆管理工作是图书馆管理理论和实践的突破和挑战,图书馆应正确认识人力资本的价值、提升结构资本的水平、建立以用户为中心的管理模式,以提高图书馆的核心能力。
Applying the intelligence capital theory of the knowledge management in the library work is the breakthrough with challege to the library management and fulfillment. Library should recognize the value of the manpower capital, promote the level of the construction capital, establish regarding customer as the management mode with center so as to increase the library's core ability.
