Advanced Design of a Communication Interface Based on M-BUS

摘要 针对三表系统开发的需求,对一种原有的应用于M-BUS从节点的通信接口做了改进.在接收端加入施密特触发器以降低其误码率,并将发送端的电流调制模式改为电压调制模式,使电路变得易于实现.目前该接口已成功应用于一款从节点通信芯片,可实现300~9600bps速率下的通信.给出了在0.35μm1st-silicon工艺下,采用Cadence Spectre对设计进行仿真的结果. Based on the requirements of developing a new meter system,improvements has been made to the communication interface which was previously used on M-BUS slave node.The error rate is reduced by adding Schmitt trigger at the receiving end,and by changing the current modulation mode on the sending end to voltage modulation mode,the circuit becomes easier to implement.Currently this interface has been successfully applied to a slave chips,enabling 300~9600bps rates of communication.With the 0.35μm technology of 1st-silicon,the circuit is designed and simulated by Cadence Spectre and the simulation result is presented.
