摘要 户用计量仪表的传感模式对仪表可靠性影响极大。本文根据IEEE 1451智能传感器及M-Bus总线标准,设计了一种间隙式瞬时供电计量的传感模式和网络化智能传感器。该传感器采用光电同轴绝对编码原理,可识别机械计量的绝对位置,优化了M-Bus的总线供电模式,避免了总线持续供电和电池供电传引起的可靠性问题,极大的提高了户用计量仪表的可靠性。 Reliability of customer meter is affected by the pattern of transducer. According to the IEEE1451 and M-Bus standard, a instantaneous power-up pattern of sensor and a kind of new smart sensor are designed in this paper. By principle of the photoelectric coaxial absolute coding, the sensor can identify absolute position of the mechanical flow counter and optimize the power pattern of M-Bus. The sensor can not only improve the reliability problem due to power of M-Bus or battery but also increase reliability of customer meter.
