摘要
我国农村社会政策的相关研究成果主要体现在对政策内涵与体系构成、政策的价值意义、政策的发展与困境、未来的发展趋势和政策重构的建设路径等方面。但目前仍存在以下不足:具象的共时性研究居多,整体视角与历史视角相对欠缺;重对策轻理论的朴素经验主义色彩浓厚;对政策对象的实证研究较少;对农村社会制度或非制度等嵌入性因素的政策分析尚显不足。
This paper reviews the relevant researches on Chinese rural social policy.The recent research work in this field mainly about the importance of policy development,concrete policy development and dilemmas,urgent problems of the whole policy system,developmental trends and the path of policy reconstruction,etc.However,there still remains four main insufficiencies： representational synchronic study overweighs the comprehensive and historical perspective;plain empiricism in research;deficiency in taking peasants as research objectives;lacks in policy analysis from rural angle of institution and non-institution.
