摘要
本文通过分析校长评价的意义和现存的问题，凸显改进我国校长评价的紧迫性，进而为改进我国校长评价探索出新的评价模式——价值中心评价模式。基于阐述模式的理念和界定，进一步分析该模式在校长评价中的应用，包括阐述评价体系中各要素的确定与相互关系，以及应用该模式的注意事项。
The paper analyses the problems of principal evaluation at present, pointing out the urgency of improving the evaluation system. The author explored the new evaluation model, Value--oriented Evaluation Model, to improve the situation. The concept and define of the new model are represented. The application of the model in principal evaluation is discussed.
