摘要
采用反相液相色谱-电喷雾质谱(RP-HPLC/ESI-MS)分析法对锁阳提取液中原花青素的组成进行了分析。建立了采用RP-HPLC/ESI-MS对锁阳提取物中原花青素低聚体进行分析的方法。通过ESI-得到准分子离子[M-H]检测其单体和低聚体。研究结果发现:提取液中可检测出原花青素,初步检测出2个单体,6个二聚体,5个三聚体,但未检测出没食子酸单酯及其聚合体。建立的本方法不仅可以定性检测锁阳中含原花青素,且为非酯性原花青素。
The procyanidins in cynomorium extract are systematically analyzed by reversed phase liquid chromatography-electrospray mass spectrometry (RP-HPLC/ESI-MS). Procyanidin monomer and oligomers are identified by corresponding molecular ions [ M - H ] by ESI- ionization methods. The results show that two proanthocyanidin monomers, six proanthocyanidin dimers, five proanthocyanidins trimers are detected in cynomofium extract, while gallic acid ester and its oolymers are not found. The results indicate that procyanidins can be detected in cynomorium, and the corresponding procyanidins are non-ester procyanidins.
