摘要
目的探讨后十字韧带胫骨附着部撕脱骨折手术治疗中的有关问题，以提高治疗效果。方法分析７例手术治疗的临床资料。结果早期手术后疗效优５例，可２例。结论后十字韧带胫骨附着部撕脱骨折应早期诊断及手术，根据伤情决定手术入路和固定方法。
bjective To discuss related problems
encountered in treating avulsion fracture of insertion area posterior cruciate ligament so as to
improve clinical results. Methods The clinical data of 7 cases treated surgically were reviewed.
Results 5 patients had a fair results through early operation. Conclusion Open reduction and
restoration of stability by internal fixation with screw or wire can improve clinical results.
Operative approach and fixative method should be mainly based on the condition of
injury.
