摘要
从货运站的实际情况和需求出发,分析建立货运站信息技术(IT)服务管理系统的必要性,完成系统的整体框架设计和模块划分,讨论系统实现的若干关键问题。货运站信息技术服务管理系统的实现从根本上解决IT资源管理问题,提高IT资源的利用率,使得货运站吞吐率、货运站的服务水平得以提高。
This paper analyzed the necessity of Freight Transport Station IT Service Management System based on freight transport station’ s actual situation and its requirement,completed this System’ s framework design and modules partition,discussed some key problems.The implementation of the System could solve the problems of IT resources management fundamentally,increase utilization efficiency of IT resources,finally raise throughput rate of freight station and service level of transportation.
