摘要
采用调查与文献研究的方法，揭示了我国学校业余体育训练的现状与存在的问题；指出主要原因是学校业余体育训练制度内部利益和需要得不到满足，且时常发生冲突，业余体育训练制度与其他社会制度之间不协调；论述了应从调整有关各方面利益，满足人们的需要角度出发，对业余体育训练制度进行深入改革。
By investigation and literature study, the paper reveals the status quo and the existing problems of amateur sport training of schools in China, and points out that the main causes of these problems are that the internal benefit and needs in the amateur sport training system of schools could not be met. Some conflicts appear sometimes and the system of amateur sport training doesn't match with the other social systems. Besides this, the authors indicate that the amateur sport training system should be further improved by adjusting the interests of every aspect and satisfying people's needs.
