摘要
我国青少年体育训练和竞赛组织模式存在许多不合理因素 ,因此 ,必须改变过去以政府为主导 ,纵向联系的模式 ,而代之以培养社会兴趣和利益为主 ,横向联系的模式。将业余体校纳入普通学校系统作为过渡措施 ,其关键在于体育部门和教育部门要很好结合 ,并要建立完善的协会系统 ,以立法形式对协会明确定位。
