摘要
为使DL/T973-2005《数字高压表检定规程》得到更好的贯彻和执行,针对数字高压表生产和使用部门在规程的理解和执行过程中存在的问题,对数字高压表基本误差的定义以及基本误差与允许误差之间的关系进行了理论分析,得出了以下结论:由于数字高压表的基本误差随测量值Ux的变化而改变,高压表测量值越低,基本相对误差的允许值也越大,所以应尽量在数字高压表的高量程或满量程段测量,同时要注意尽量避免使用±10b范围内(b为与满刻度值有关的误差系数)的量程段,以免产生不可接受的误差;生产厂家应按规程给出相应的误差系数,而不是再延续只给准确度等级的老习惯。检定和使用者也应认真学习和充分了解新规程,深入贯彻执行新规程。
In order to implement and execute the DL/T 973-2005 verification regulation of digit high voltmeter,we discussed the definition of the basic error of the digit high voltmeter and the relationship between basic error and permissible error.As the basic error of the digit high voltmeter changes with the measuring value Ux,the allowable value of the basic relative error is higher when measuring value is lower,we proposed that the digit high voltmeter should be used in high range of full range,the use the range below ±10b should be avoided,and the producers should provide corresponding error coefficients following the regulation rather than just provide the accuracy class as before.Calibrators and users should seriously study and fully understand the new regulation,then execute the new regulation.
