摘要
阐述基于冗余通道法减少系统误差的原理和特点,介绍了一种精确测量电压的原理电路,并对测量结果进行不确定度评价。实践结果表明,运用此方法对电压信号采样所得结果与实际很符合,相对误差不高于0.5%。该方法适应于高精度测量电压的场所。
The principle and the characteristic of reducing system error by the redundant channel method are introduced. And it presents the schematic circuit of precision measurement of voltage signal,and evaluates uncertainty of measuring the results. The practice indicates that the experimental results are reasonable, and the relative error does not exceed 0. 5 %. The method is suitable for the high-precision measurement voltage places.
