摘要
研究了NaOH浓度、料液比、微波功率及提取时间4因素对红枣色素提取率的影响.结果表明,微波辅助提取红枣色素的最佳工艺为:浓度为0.5 mol/L的NaOH溶液作提取剂,以料液比1∶10于微波中火提取80 s.
Effect of NaOH concentration,ratio of solid to liquid,microwave power and extraction time on the extraction rate of jujube pigment were researched.The results indicated that the best technique was the optimum condition of microwave-assisted extraction with NaOH concentration of 0.4 mol/L,ratio of solid to liquid as 1∶8,microwave power of mid-fire and extraction times of 80s.
