摘要
随着碧流河水库自动化系统的建设与稳定运行,原设计不考虑预报的以坝前水位作为判断条件,分级有闸控制的常规调度方式已不能满足水库科学、优化调度的新形势;为优化洪水调度方案,提高区域洪水资源的利用率,根据水库防汛决策自动化系统现状,提出将累积净雨总量作为判别条件,不同频率入库洪水过程作为约束条件的防洪调度方式,作为水库非工程措施防洪对策。
With the automated system construction and stable operation of Biliuhe reservoir, the original design of without regard to the forecast dam water level as determine condition,grading of the conventional brake control operation mode can not meet the new situation of reservoir optimal and scientific operation. In order to optimize flood control programs, increase regional flood resource utilization, based on reservoir flood control decision- making automation situation, the cumulative total amount of net rain ascriterion, different frequency flood storage flood control as a way of constraints, as a reservoir flood control measures of non-engineering measures are put forward.
