摘要
根据水库防汛决策自动化系统现状,研究了以累积净雨总量作为洪水量级的判别指标,不同频率入库洪水过程作为约束条件的防洪调度方式,结果表明此方法在保证原防洪标准不变的前提下可将碧流河水库原设计汛限水位68.1m抬高至68.8m,提高了水库的兴利效益。
The paper studies the accumulated net rainfall amount took as the criterion index of flood magnitude according to present situation of reservoir flood control decision automatic system the flood control operation mode where the flood process into the reservoir with different frequency is took as the restraint condition.The result indicates that this method assures the initial limiting design water level in the flood period 68.1 m raising to 68.8 m under the fixed standard of flood control.The useful efficiency of reservoir is raised.
