介绍了我国工程总承包的法制发展历程,讲述了市政设计院从事工程总承包的优势,同时总结了市政设计院从事工程总承包面临的问题,最后指明了工程总承包未来的发展之路。
This paper introduces the legal development process on domestic engineering general contract, and presents the advantage of doing the engineering general contract on the municipal adminstration. At the same time, sumrnarying the problem of engineering general contract on the municipal adminstration. Pointing out the developing road of engineering general contract.
