摘要
从配方、工艺等方面阐述了最近几年钛酸钡系PTC热敏电阻材料的最新研究进展,并且展望了其发展前景。无铅高居里点、片式叠层化、湿化学法制备粉体、金属/陶瓷复合是近几年钛酸钡系PTC热敏电阻材料的主要研究热点。
The research progresses are reviewed on BaTiO3-system PTC thermistor materials. And their development trend is also discussed. The main research hotspots are: lead-free high-Curie point PTC thermistor, multilayered chip PTC thermistor, preparation technology of powder with wet chemical method and metal/ceramic composites in recent years.
