摘要
目的探讨187例经尿道双极等离子前列腺切除术(PKRP)高危患者的疗效及围手术期的护理干预。方法本组患者均PKRP治疗,从心理护理、术后生命体征的观察、各种合并症的护理、术后并发症的预防、出院指导等方面给予护理干预。结果 187例前列腺增生患者,通过采取针对性的防治措施,无1例手术死亡,术后并发症也降至较低水平,均顺利接受PKRP,痊愈出院。结论充分了解高龄高危前列腺增生患者的病理生理特点,给予针对性的围手术期护理干预,对促进高危前列腺增生患者康复至关重要。
Objective To explore the effect of 187 cases transurethral resection of the prostate bipolar plasma PKRP for high-risk patients and perioperative nursing intervention. Methods The patients with transurethral resection of the prostate bipolar plasma treatment received nursing intervention including psychological nursing, postoperative observation, care of various complications, prevention of complications and discharge guidance. Results Trough prevention measures, there was no operative death among 187 cases patients with benign prostate hyperplasia, and postoperative complications were at lower level. The patients received PKRP successfully and discharged. Conclusion Fully understanding the pathophysiological characteristic of the patients at high-risk prostate hyperplasia and giving specific perioperative nursing intervention is important to promote rehabilitation of high-risk patients with benign pros- tate hyperplasia.
