摘要
目的探讨经尿道前列腺电切术后冲洗液温度与膀胱痉挛的关系。方法200例经尿道前列腺电切术患者随机分为A、B、C、D 4组,每组50例。各组别分别使用不同温度的冲洗液冲洗膀胱（A组15～19℃,B组20～24℃,C组25～29℃,D组30～37℃）,观察膀胱痉挛发生次数。结果C组冲洗液冲洗膀胱,患者出现膀胱痉挛的次数最少,差异有统计学意义。结论选择25～29℃冲洗液冲洗膀胱,可有效减少膀胱痉挛发生的次数,减弱患者的痛苦,减少术后并发症的发生,提高手术治愈率,缩短住院天数。
Objective To explore the correlation between cystospasm and temperature of irrigation fluid after TURP.Methods 200 patients received TURP were divided into 4 groups（A, B,C,D Group）,and temperature range of irrigation fluid were 15～19℃,20～24℃,25～29℃,30～37℃ in 4 groups respectively.The frequency of cystospasm in 4 groups was observed.Results The frequency of cystospasm in C Group（25～29℃） was lower than other 3 groups obviously.There was significant difference in the cystospasm frequency between C group and other 3 groups（P〈0.01）.Conclusions The irrigation fluid temperature ranged from 25 to 29℃ was the best choice for BPH patients after TURP.It can decrease the frequency of cystospasm and postoperative complications,and raise the recovery rate of the operation,and shorten the average postoperative hospital-stay time.
