摘要
以壬基酚、二乙烯三胺、甲醛为原料,合成出2-二乙烯三胺基亚甲基-4-壬基酚等两种新型阳离子型沥青乳化剂,并利用红外光谱对产物结构进行了鉴定。乳化性能测试表明,该乳化剂具有很好的乳化能力,为快裂沥青乳化剂。该乳化剂合成工艺简单,是一种比较有发展前途的快裂沥青乳化剂。
Two novel cationic asphalt emulsifiers of 2 -diethylene triamine methylene -4 -nonylphenol were synthesized by the reaction of nonylphenol, diethylene triamine and formaldehyde. Its structures were identified by FTIR. The emulsifiers had good emulsifying ability to asphalt. It belongs to fast breaking emulsifier. The synthesis processes of the emulsifiers were easy to operat. The emulsifier may have a prospective application in the future.
