摘要
本文针对电子式绝缘电阻表的检定项目,给出了电子式绝缘电阻表测量不确定分析中数学模型建立方法,分析了检定电子式绝缘表的影响量,详细阐述了电子式绝缘电阻表示值测量不确定度和电子式绝缘电阻表开路测量电压不确定度的分析与评定;形成一套完整的电子式绝缘表测量不确定度分析方案。
This paper mainly studies on the testing programs of electronic insulating resistance meters, and offers us a mathematical model building method in the measurement uncertainty analysis of electronic insulating resistance meters. The paper also analyzes the testing influence quantities, and elaborates on the analysis and evolution index regarding its indication measurement uncertainty and the uncertainty of open-circuit voltage measurement, and finally forms a complete set of measurement uncertainty analysis program of electronic insulating resistance meters.
