摘要
探讨了固体绝缘材料绝缘电阻测量的不确定度评定方法。基于测量绝缘电阻的原理,分析了引起绝缘电阻测量不确定度的因素。以聚氨酯圆片为例考察每个因素带来的影响,得出测量结果的扩展不确定度,并提供了降低测量不确定度的方法。
The evaluation method of insulation resistance test uncertainty for solid insulation materials was dis- cussed. Based on the principle of insulation resistance test, factors which bring test uncertainty of insulation resist- ance were analyzed. Taking polyurethane wafer as example, the influence of each factor was evaluated and expanded uncertainty was given. Further more, methods of reducing test uncertainty were given.
