斑点追踪成像技术评价室壁运动的研究进展
摘要
冠心病的发病率在我国呈逐年上升的趋势。动脉粥样硬化斑块导致冠状动脉狭窄甚至闭塞,引起心肌缺血,临床上会出现心绞痛或者心肌梗死,并出现心肌运动异常,心脏超声可以检测到缺血或坏死心脏运动异常,长期以来对心肌运动力学的检测一直是超声心动技术的研究重点。超声斑点追踪成像(speckle tracking imaging,STI)技术不受心脏整体运动影响而且无角度依赖性,
