生物活性肽分布广泛,可从各种动植物和微生物分离出来,具有调节免疫、激发活性、调节风味、控制食欲、抗菌和抗病毒等功能。本文就生物活性肽的生理功能及其在畜牧生产中的应用研究现状作一综述。
