绒山羊血浆中褪黑素含量的测定 被引量:2

Determination of Melatoninin in Plasma of Cashmere Goat

摘要 以绒山羊为试验材料,采用放射性免疫法测定了一个年周期内夜间绒山羊血浆中褪黑素的水平。结果发现,对照组一年内夜间血浆中褪黑素水平在7~30pg/mL之间,4月份和8月份血液中褪黑素含量较高,埋植组全年血浆中褪黑素平均为150.77pg/mL,平均高出对照组10.06倍,为进一步研究褪黑素与绒毛周期性生长的关系奠定基础。 In this paper, melatonin levels in plasma of cashmere goat in midnight were detected by radio-immunological assay in an annual cycle. The results revealed that melatonin in control group ranged from 7 to 30pg / mL, the higher levels were observed in April and August. The average content in implanted group was 150.77pg / mL, which was 10-fold higher than that of the control group. It provided a base for further understanding the relationship between melatonin and cycled growth of cashmere.
