摘要
以野生龙葵果为原料,采用超声波辅助浸提法,对龙葵果红色素的浸提条件进行了系统研究,确定其最佳浸提工艺。即浸提溶剂为柠檬酸水溶液,质量分数为1.5%;料液比为1∶10(W/V,g∶mL);提取温度为50℃;浸提时间为30min。
This experiment used wild solanum nigrum fruit as the raw material, assisted by ultrasonic waves to extract pigment. After a systematic study, the best extraction condition has been justified: the material should be progressed in the citric acid solvent with density of 1.5%, and the rate of material to the reagent (W/V; g / mL) of 1∶10. The extraction temperature was at 50℃ for 30 minutes' extraction time.
