摘要
研究了８种药剂对红豆杉愈伤组织的抗褐变影响，结果证实：活性炭（１０００ｇ／Ｌ）、水解乳蛋白（６００ｍｇ／Ｌ）、植酸（１００ｍｇ／Ｌ）等３种药剂的抗褐变效果最好，且对多酚氧化酶的抑制效果也最好．
The effects of
eight kinds of chemical on the antioxidant of the cell cultures of Taxus chinensis were studied.
The results showed that active charcoal (1000mg/L), Lactalbumin hydrolysate (600mg/L) and plant
acid (100mg/L) could control the browning of callus effectively, and they could greatly inhibit the
activity of polyphenol oxidase of the cell culture of Taxus chinensis respectively.
