摘要
在滑石粉(talc)表面,采用填料/单体原位乳液聚合,制得了包覆聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯的填充料,然后与PVC共混复合,研究表明talc表面包覆PMMA后,提高了复合材料的拉伸强度、拉伸模量和缺口冲击强度,并存在一个临界PMMA包覆层厚度.进一步增加talc表面PMMA的包覆量,复合材料的拉伸强度、拉伸模量和缺口冲击强度呈下降的趋势.
The
talc was treated by in situ emulsion polymerization of MMA and was filled with PVC. It were found
that the mechanical properties of PVC filled with talc, especially the impact strength, are improved
by PMMA covered on the surface of talc, and there is a critical covering weight of PMMA. As further
increasing the PMMA covering amount, the mechanical properties turned bad.
