摘要
利用增容原理,以α-甲基苯乙烯(α-MS)为增容改性单体,与甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、苯乙烯(St)乳液共聚,所得共聚物与氯化聚乙烯(CPE)共混得MCS合金。研究了α-MS、CPE用量对树脂力学性能和流变性的影响,同时考察了树脂的微观结构与形态。
The copolymers of α - methyl styrene (α - MS), styrene and methyl methacrylate (MMA) were synthesized by emulsion polymerization, and then blended with chloride polyethylene (CPE) to prepare the polymer alloy (MCS). The influences of the contents of α - MS and CPE on the rehological behavior and morphology of the MCS were studied. It was verified that the α - MS greatly improved the compatibility of the MCS, and the mechanical properties of th MCS came up or exceeded its grafted product.
