摘要
以我国现行的医疗法律、法规为基础,结合当前我国病人自主权现状,深入分析当前我国病人自主权现状的影响因素,并对其存在的问题提出有针对性的完善建议。
The article is based on the current medical laws and regulations in China and summarises the current situation including the causes and impact of the autonomy rights of the patients.As a result some ideas were proposed to our system regarding these rights of patients.
