介绍了旋转机械的振动诊治方法，并在振动理论及振动故障诊断理论的指导下。
This introduces the vibrant diagnostic method of rotary machinery,and under the direction of the theory which is about vibration and vibrant faults diagnosis,creates the computer diagnosis system of the rotary machinery vibrant faults by structural diagnosis.
