摘要
介绍了透平压缩机组几种常见振动故障的试验研究成果,并在振动理论及振动故障诊断理论指导下,对大量的试验资料、振动故障实例及专家经验进行总结,在此基础上对10种常见振动故障建立了相应的模型,用模糊数学方法建立了计算机诊断系统。
The results of an experimental investigation on the vibration faults of turbocompressorwere presented.On the basis of the theories of vibration and faults diagnosis,a comprehen-sive analysis was conducted of the experimental results,the practical vibration faults and theexperience of the experts,Then,the mathematics models about ten sorts of fauIts were estab-lished,and they were incorporated into built/used a computer-aided diagnosis systems byfuzzy mathematics.
