摘要
研究了以二乙醇胺为起始原料,经氯代、环化和酰化反应合成标题化合物的工艺,产品总收率达37.5%。经红外光谱分析及核磁共振氢谱分析确定产物为目的产物。通过此工艺路线合成的目标化合物,其产品总收率优于现行工艺,且该工艺操作简单,生产成本较低。
The process for synthesis of 1-acetyl-4-(4-hydroxyphenyl) piperazine,which was prepared via chlorination,cyclization and acylation of bis-(2-chloroethyl)amine hydrochloride and p-aminophenol,was studied,and the yield of target product reached up to 37.5%.The product was identified by IR spectrometry and 1HNMR spectroscopy.The yield of product obtained by this process is better than that of currently available process,and the process is simple and low in cost.
