摘要 本文研究了3,5-二溴水杨醛缩半胱氨酸席夫碱铜(Ⅱ)配合物自组装金电极(BrCSSBCu/Au)催化大黄酸氧化的电化学行为,以Fe(CN)64-/3-溶液为电化学探针研究BrCSSBCu/Au电极的电化学性质。利用差示脉冲吸附溶出伏安法测定,氧化峰电流与大黄酸浓度在2.0×10-5~6.0×10-5mol.L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9996,检出限为1.5×10-6mol.L-1。电极用于大黄药物中大黄酸的测定,结果满意。 In this paper,the electrochemical behaviors of rhein at the 3,5-dibromo-salicylaldehyde semi-histidine Schiff base copper(Ⅱ)complexes assembled gold electrode(BrCSSBCu/Au)were studied using Fe(CN)4-/3-6 as the electrochemical probe.The differential pulse adsorptive stripping voltammetric detection results show that there is a good linear relationship between the oxidation peak of rhein and its concentration in the range of 2.0×10-5 mol5L-1 to 6.0×10-5 mol5L-1 with the coefficient of 0.9996 and a detection limit of 1.5×10-6 mol/L.The modified electrode has been used to determine the rhein in the drugs with good results.
