高锰钢件消失模水基涂料的研制

摘要 选用高铬刚玉耐火骨料、氧化淀粉等为粘结剂,通过正交试验,确定了高锰钢铸件消失模水基涂料的最佳配比,并考察了涂料的多种性能,进行了生产应用。结果表明:该涂料性能优良,成本低廉,具有广泛的推广价值。 With high chromium corundum chosen as the refractory & aggregating material, and an oxidized starch as the bonding agent, hereon, by applying orthogonal experiment to the above, consequently, an optimum ingredient ratio is set up, concerning mould vanishing with water base coating material for high manganese steel pieces to be cast. The multiproperty of this kind of coating material are also investigated, and are applied to the use in production. The result shows that this coating material is of really good property and low cost, therefore it does has the value for itself to be widely popularized.
