摘要
选用滑石粉和铝钒土作为耐火骨料,酚醛树脂为粘结剂,通过正交试验,确定了铝合金件消失模醇基涂料的最佳配比,并考察了涂料的多种性能。将该涂料应用于消失模铸造的结果表明:该涂料性能优良、成本低廉,具有广泛的推广价值。
By orthogonal experiment, a alcohol-base coating with optimum ingredient ratio for EPC aluminum alloy castings was prepared taking french chalk and alumina powder as refractory materials and phenol resin as bonding agent, and the various properties of the coating were investigated. The application results show that this coating-is suitable and cheap. Therefore it could be widely used in EPC casting processes.
