电脉冲孕育处理对连铸Q235钢小方坯凝固组织的影响 被引量:10

摘要 探索研究了一种改善和细化连铸坯凝固组织的新方法电脉冲孕育(electro-pulsemodification)处理法。Q235钢120小方坯的连铸实验结果表明,在连铸结晶器内对Q235钢进行EPM处理可以明显细化铸坯的凝固组织,与未经处理的钢相比,柱状晶的形态也由粗而长的凝固组织变为短杆状凝固组织。 The paper makes a research for a way how to improve the continuous casting of blanks to be fine grained in solidifying structure, i.e, by means of electro pulse inoculated modification. The experiements on Q235 steel of 120 small squareblanks out of continuous casting show that the use of EPM treatment to Q235 steel while in its crystallizing device can obviously bring it into fine grained structure of the cast blanks being solidified. As compared with the steel not being treated as said herein, the Q235 small squared steel blank has changed its styloid crystals of thickness and lengthness in the solidified structure into the solidified structure in the form of short poles.
