摘要 提出将非线性钢缆弹簧用作立式冲击破碎机转子支承的设计构思。基于钢缆弹簧的双线性迟滞模型,分析了转子系统的减振隔振性能。分析表明,采用非线性钢缆弹簧作为立式冲击破碎机转子支承是可行的并具有许多优点,如可通过合理选择刚度比和摩擦参数,获得较佳的过共振区减振性能,降低共振响应和轴承冲击载荷,同时可以获得较佳的远超二阶临界工作点的隔振性能。 A design conception,that the nonlinear metal wire cable springs(MWCS) are used as the rotor supports of vertical impact crusher(VSIC), is put forward.The vibration attenuation and isolation properties of the rotor system is analyzed on the basis of bilinear hysteresis model of the nolinear MWCS. The analytical result indicates that the scheme to adopt the nolinear MWCS as the rotor supports of VSIC is feasible and possesses many advantages. For example , a good vibration attenuation and isolation effect could be achieved, whether the rotor system is at the resonant regions or at the supercritical operating point which is much higher than the second resonant frequency , when the stiffness ratio and the friction parameter are selected rationally.
