摘要
本文简要介绍变激励振动磨的结构特点,进而对其粉磨过程进行理论分析,建立了粉磨模型,并进行了实验验证。结果表明,该磨具有独特的优点,能广泛用于非金属矿物、电子陶瓷、医药与化工产品的高效粉磨和超细粉磨。
This paper describes the structure of the variable-urge vibration mill.Then, analyzes the grind principle of the milling course, and the milling model of the vibration mill is set up. The contents of the paper are verified by tests. The results indicate that the new variable-urge vibration mill has many advantages, and can be used to grind or vitrafine-gring many matreials effeciontly in the field of industrial minerals, electric ceramics,chemical industry, medicinal industry and so on.
