摘要
目的:探索一种大鼠高铝模型的制作方法。方法:大鼠尾静脉注射AICI3.6H2O,分别于不同时间段观察进食情况、皮毛情况、反应力、体重改变、大小便变化情况等,以原子吸收法测定血清和尿中铝的含量。结果:模型组与对照组大鼠相比,具有厌食、皮毛不光亮和体重减轻等变化;血中、尿液中铝的含量增加,与制模前差异有统计意义(P<0.01)。结论:本实验成功建立了大鼠的高铝模型,可以为深入研究高铝对大鼠其他生理功能的影响,避免铝损害打下基础。
Objective:To explore the constructon of high-alumina model of rats.Methods:The rats were injected to AICI3·6H2O by vena caudalisat,during the experimental period,the change of take food weght、skin、hair、reaction、bodyweight、shit、urine were observed,and the aluminous content of serum and urine were detected.by atomic absorption method.Results:Following AICI3·6H2O,in the trial group,the results demonstrated that the parameters mentioned above were changed obviously.Conclusion:High-alumina model of rats was constructed successfully,which provided a foundation for the further study.
