摘要
目前,高职院校兼职教师队伍建设并不理想。造成这一问题的原因,主观因素是对兼职专业教师队伍认识不到位,客观因素是在具体建设过程中遇到现实困难。加强兼职教师队伍建设,应从深化对兼职专业教师的认识入手,正视实践中的困难,积极探讨解决问题的办法。
At present,The part time teacher group construction is not well.The reason is that the subjective factor is not notice fully the part time teacher group,the objective factor is that we run into practical difficult in the course of the construction.Strengthening the part time teacher group construction,we should face the difficult in the practice,discuss the way to solve problem.
