摘要
目的研究山药中多糖的提取工艺。方法采用水浸法从鲜山药中提取多糖,通过单因素试验研究料液比、提取温度、提取时间对粗多糖提取量的影响。结果优化工艺条件为料液比为1 g∶9 mL,提取温度为70℃,浸提时间为3 h,此时多糖提取量可达0.905%。结论采用水提法提取多糖量比文献所述增加了近2.7倍。
Aim To study on the technology of extracting polysaccharide from Dioscorea opposita Thunb.Methods The polysaccharides are extracted from fresh Dioscorea opposite Thunb with water extraction method,single-factor experiment is used to study the factors affecting extraction yield and content,such as extraction temperature,extraction time,the ratio of water to Dioscorea opposite Thunb.Results The optimum technological conditions are obtained as follows: the ratio of Dioscorea opposite Thunb to water is 1 g ∶ 9 mL,the extraction temperature 70 ℃,extraction time 3 h.Under these conditions,the extraction yield of polysaccharides is up to 0.905%.Conclusion The yield of polysaccharides extracted by water extraction increase nearly 2.7 times as compared with that in previous literature.
