摘要
在压电共轨喷射系统研究的基础上,对压电执行器驱动电路进行分析,并利用PSPICE软件进行电路仿真,对压电执行器驱动回路电感、充电信号、放电信号参数进行优化,最后进行相关试验,为下一步压电式共轨系统市场应用奠定了基础。
Driving circuit of piezoelectric injector was analyzed based on the study of common rail system with piezoelectric actuator,and simulation software of PSPICE is used to analyze driving circuit.Parameters of driving circuit inductance,charging signal and discharging signal were optimized based on results of simulation soft.Finally fuel test bench experiments were carried out,therefore it will lay a solid foundation for market application development of piezoelectric common rail system.
